Secondary Internal Arc

Postby JHanna90 » Thu Feb 16, 2017 1:04 pm

This is for the OneTesla TS model. I have already purchased and tested a new secondary coil.

The problem I have been repeatedly having is the electricity will arc inside the secondary instead of the break out point on top of the toroid. I have read the manual several times and inspected my work on assembling the end caps. There is no glue or adhesive inside the secondary besides the super glue I used to assemble the end caps, which I made sure none was leaking out the sides. I make sure the winding of the secondary is pulled tight so no wires are dangling inside the secondary.

I am getting very frustrated with this problem. I appreciate any help anyone can offer on resolving this issue.

sometimes a clean rebuild of the secondary will make the problem go away, rather than staring at the problem too hard.
shoot us an email and we'll get you a fresh pair of endcaps.
