Got it running!

Problem #1 was an empty Atmel. A replacement one sent by the team, solved my problem with the interrupter.

Problem #2 was blowing up fuses. It turned out to be a case of PEBKAC. After ordering some replacement MU460's and IGBT's, I got it working at low power, but not great.

Then I went from 6 to 5 primary windings and the output was much better. Haven't tested the coil at more than 50% output, but it's already pretty spectacular as it is!!

Nice result!

But even though its already spectacular it should peform a lot better on 50%, which always gives me maximum spark lenghts.

So you should really try to bring it better in tune, you can still stay lower if it gets to much but it will drain less current and the components will have a less hard time.

Yes it is. Not ideal but I had to test and did not want to do this inside.

Last week I ran it and had a bunch of friends watching. I ran for about 30 minutes at 50% power. They were impressed 8-)
