In the process. Have questions

Im new to the electronics world and am making my first attempt at building something this complicated. I'm into the troubleshooting phase and when testing the IC's I'm getting double the voltage readings. 14 pins are reading 10 instead of 5. 8 pins are reading 32 instead of 15. I have continued with all other testing(low and high voltage) and everything checks out fine. Nothing has fried popped or sizzled. Hoping to find an answer for this before actually firing the tesla up which I am getting anxious to do so. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi, what power supply do you use?
I mean voltage rating in first place.

I'm using 110v for the input power. I've actually went on with the build and started the coil up. I have done quite a few runs at high power with no ill affects. At least not yet. It seems to be running very well.
Thanks

You have a measurement error somewhere. There is no way you will be getting those readings, which are twice the value of what you are expecting. How are you doing the measurements?

Complete!

I'm not the most familiar with the testing of circuits. I'm using a multimeter
