Works as expected!

My oneTesla assembled and works fine thus far. Only changes I made:

1) added a finger guard to the fan
2) added a clear acrylic tube over the secondary coil to overcome some arcing with the primary (even though I put three coats of poly on the secondary coil windings.
3) I also brought out a ground wire from the case to connect to a metal mesh door screen guard that I use as a ground plane, connected via an in-line connector.

Thanks, Jim M

i found the fan guard useful as well. The rosewell fans were extremely sharp, and I've gotten very deep cuts twice already :P
