Not playing the higher notes

My tesla coil seems to be not playing higher notes, rendering certain songs not playable.

Any suggestions?

it plays them, they just get swamped by the low notes.

playing extremely high notes such as those above C7 stresses your IGBT's and is not recommended.

Okay, so I guess it's normal and I have to stick to lower notes.

Or could it be that the MIDI controller doesn't play more than 2 notes at once and therefore it sounds like this?

you should be editing your midi miles so it only plays two notes at a time, so that its more predictable.
