Arduino tester for the OneTesla board???

How about a simple arduino shield with a 14 pin dip connector you could plug into the IC sockets
to check for proper voltage and signals?

Just a thought.

if I made one would people be willing to purchase one?

you could buy ones for $35 on ebay and it would tell you the part number too.
