go to settings and send 'only notes' to the usb-midi adapter

then go to your midi file and right click and select play in synthesia

it works but badly becouse the coil playsthe backround music not the primary one, i think it would be better on garageband but i cant get it to send the output to the cable.

i've never used garageband, but you need to play an edited midi file that gets rid of everything else and puts it on channel 1. there are midi files on the onetesla site.

MidiPlayer X is a really simple player (available on the app store for 79p / $0.99) and is working much better for me on my Mac than Synthesia which cost £20!!! Now my coil is actually playing all the notes and sounds a whole lot better - give this a try. :)

I just tried MidiPlayerX as well. (Found it before seeing this post actually.) It works, but it still doesn't let you choose which channels to play. Most of the midi's I have don't sound right or just won't play through most of it. I wish there was a better solution.
