Ground trace burnt from a short, improvised grounding
I completed my oneTesla TS in 10 hours! From unboxing to first run, did not go to sleep until 3am! I used a heat gun to quickly dry up the varnish so I can apply a second coat... and I'm surprised that I have not had any arcing, yet.
The only issue I had was that the ground wire that is jumped underneath the primary coil started to arc with the primary coil. Burnt half of the trace of the primary. Then I notice there was arcing by the fuse, the whole ground trace was burnt going to the standoff. So I improvised the power cable, solder a ground wire to the ground and put and alligator clip on the other end so I can clip it to the standoff.
Now it works good again, with no arcing!
I also made a 3D printed case for the sd interrupter. I uploaded the file to thingiverse if anybody would like to print it out.
