Working alright but still blowing fuses at higher power

I need to figure out why it’s blowing fuses at high volume/ power.

It can run 1000 Hz at full power but playing a song on 75-100% volume blows the fuse. Otherwise it seems to work well. I do wonder if the discharge could be longer but I need to figure out why it isn’t able to run full power first.
