Cool Dubstep for the OneTesla?

Postby XxRyan787xX » Sat Mar 01, 2014 12:34 am

Hey Guys, I came across this on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvOR369O7qg

I immediately thought it would be great for a Tesla Coil, although its very complicated and im not sure if anyone would be able to make a midi out of it. I've looked on the net and it doesn't seen that there are any midi's available so it would have to be done by scratch.
Anyways, its well out of my knowledge and skills! It would be great if anyone could create this :D

Thanks Again, Ryan.

One would have to wonder if the oneTesla had a sufficient range to cover that. That said, having that on any Tesla coil would be pretty sweet.

That track would be pretty sweet. You'd probably need to break it into a MIDI and a background track for it to sound good.

On the topic of dubstep, a few nights ago I made this video of a dubstep remix of Bach's Badinerie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LuWNjYoOCU

It started when I found a ringtone remix of Baniderie on Youtube that I really liked, and I figured that the sound of a cell phone beeping could be substituted by a singing Tesla coil, since they're both high-pitched harsh sounds. So I contacted the guy who makes the ringtones through Facebook and he made me a custom remix for the coil. I think that although short, the mix is great, and he's got some real talent!
