Protecting DC caps

Hi all,
I was wondering about the possibility of high frequency currents possibly causing damage to the big DC capacitors considering the operating environment. I'm considering adding a high frequency bypass disk type capacitor across the lytics to help them out.
Any comments?
Thanks...
