for protection of primairy coil is what it is possible to put a 0,1µf capacitor between "negative" and ground ?

I don't think it would make a difference with the oneTesla coil since the arcs don't strike the primary at all basically. thats just for giving a path for the current to go if an arc hits the primary. it's not going to do much for flashovers.
I use it for my larger coils, since the arcs are more likely to hit the primary coil, though I do have a strike rail and no sparks ever really reach the primary.
