HELP....can someone call me about my oneteslats order?

Hello!

I've ordered a oneteslts online on Oct 19th and paid for the 3 days shipping. Well, I'm still waiting on it. I see in my profile that it's still processing. Can someone from oneTesla please call me. I need it for my daughter Science Fair project. I called, emailed, and left messages but I haven't got any response.
